🏳️‍🌈 Echoes, testimonies of a generation. By Rainbow Seniors
Through the photographic portraits and video narratives of five middle-aged or older adults, the past, present and future of an LGBTQI+ generation comes to the fore. A generation that coped with a conservative society and experienced discrimination and sexual harassment, that dared to experience gender transition, that went through the complications of AIDS and mourned the loss of dear friends and lovers, was emancipated through the struggles of the LGBTQI+ movement, obtained visibility by parading in Pride, and celebrated same sex marriage. And now this generation faces the challenges of aging.
